THE KIWIYO DIFFERENCE

At KiwiYo, we aim to be different, in more ways than one. One way that we’ve done this is by moving to 100% biodegradable packaging to help the environment. Along with this, we offer the option to bring your own container so you can use whatever cup, bowl, dish, or another container you feel comfortable with.

Choose your yoghurt and whatever you want from our wide selection of toppings, or try a house-made smoothie, sundae, or even pavlova. There’s something for everyone, so stop by after a healthy meal at the adjoining Pita Pit or feel free to come just for dessert—or make FroYo your meal!

WHERE IT BEGAN

KiwiYo Invercargill founders Denise and Neil were on holiday when they came across a frozen yoghurt shop where they could add their own toppings to whatever flavour yoghurt that they picked. They were so impressed with the place that they looked to bring the same experience back home and discovered the KiwiYo chain in New Zealand and franchised a store for Invercargill.

OUR STORE

Although Denise and Neil have since moved on from the business, their legacy of great desserts with great service lives on. KiwiYo is known for having several flavours of frozen yoghurt—including special seasonal options like cherry sorbet and gingerbread that change regularly—and over 20 different toppings to choose from in our topping bar ranging from sweet chocolate to sours. But our menu also includes other delicious choices like shakes, waffles, crepes, and more!
